On June 5th, HandbagReport.com launched a new online boutique. Loyal friends and customers joined us in celebrating the special occasion, and had a chance to shop our new selection of Melie Bianco bags, Mia Cotone Handbag Dust Covers and Haute Latitude brooch clutches.

We collaborated with an incredibly talented web designer, Dan Vogt of DVo Designs, to create a more user friendly, functional shopping site to better serve our readers and customers. HandbagReport.com was born in 2006, and has gradually developed into a popular blog that features handbag designers, new labels, trends, events and all things related to handbags. We attend accessories shows and are constantly researching new brands to share with the world. HandbagReport.com also offers a personal shopper service to assist with finding your next fabulous bag!

Thirty-five finalists were selected from more than 900 submissions. Winners will be announced June 16 at Parsons The New School for Design. Tory Burch has proven to be an international sensation with the opening of a flagship boutique in Ginza. The free standing boutique is located in Ginza’s Fuji Konishi building 1-2F, 5-5-18. The entire Tory Burch collection of ready-to-wear, shoes, handbags, small leather goods and accessories will be available.

I wish I could be at the official store opening which is later this month. The “soft-opening” was for those who cannot wait to see Tory Burch merchandise. In celebration of the store opening, there are many events and promotions planned, including an exclusive limited edition Ginza Tote.

The tote may have 1 of 10 golden tickets inside that will allow access to a private VIP party at the Tory Burch store on Thursday,  December 17. There will also be a meet-and-greet at the store on Wednesday, December 16 from 6-8pm where anyone can meet Tory Burch in person.
